Completely renovated after lying dormant for years, Ofroom was established in 2007 by architect, conceptualist, gallerist and publisher Christine Baernthaler, of the Naschmarkt podroom space notoriety.

Originally an architectual gallery and forum Ofroom conceptual space now provides a huge area of adjoining rooms, including an award winning architecturally designed outdoor space, for events based in innovative contexts.

Nestled in the unsuspecting Taborstrasse of the 2nd district, the location is in the line of the aspiring 5 year creative regenerative plan for the district, culminating with the cultural and historical partnership established by the city of Vienna in 2007 between Leopoldstadt and the Brooklyn borough of New York.
