Zawodsky is the prettiest heurige in the 19th District. Sit enchanted in the large garden shaded by mature fruit trees alongside rows of grapevines in bloom and take in the beautiful view of the city. Zawodsky’s wines have improved markedly in the last few years and, in contrast to typical buschenschank (seasonal wine taverns), their house buffet is generously stocked with predominantly organic warm and cold dishes, sometimes with salads from their garden.
On summer weekends, there is a large barbecue with organic cuts of meat.
