Eduardo, an important executive, lives freely as a homosexual, making full use of the capacity for corruption that his priveleged position bestows upon him. One day he meets Miguel, a young man from the area who he falls in love with.

Shady characters, such as Rosa, a married woman who cheats on her husband with the young men of the neighbourhood; prostitutes, pimps, armed thieves, blackmailers… they will all determine the destiny of the main characters.
